We can allow 200 family memberships each year. This maximum number has been set by the Pool Committee with advice from State and Local government officials with regard to number of bathers in the pool, number of lifeguards required per number of bathers, etc., as well as our own experience with the amount of parking and deck space that we have…..ALL with eye toward the safety of our members.
Our Process:
· Send email alert to past 2 years’ members about application release/application acceptance date.
· A few days later, the application/acceptance date released to public on this website.
· Application made available for download on this website on published date. Applications also available in the mailbox just outside the entrance to the pool, just in case someone has technical issues.
· POSTMARK DATE to serve as application date. No applications accepted before the published acceptance date.
· Applications processed on a first-come-first-served basis until maximum reached.
· Enter email addresses into contact list; send email to confirmed 2025 members.
· We will keep a ‘wait list’ in case plans change for an accepted member family.
We understand that as former members, you appreciate being able to count on having a similar schedule and activities for your families as in past summers, especially those of you who have been coming for years and/or participating in swim team. At the same time, as a small, local pool, we also need the influx of new families to bring in new kiddos for lessons and to replace the families that age-out or are too busy for a summer swim league. This is the reason we will continue to accept applications on a first-come-first-served basis.
